Really looking forward to this like, Sasha was easily my favourite DJ when I first started getting into house and progressive when I was younger. Havent seen him in too long so definitely looking forward to seeing him in the warehouse :king:

aye its a lot like - worth it but still be nice if they reduced it to nearer the tenner mark - after you have paid ticket fees £16.80

Not with Sasha costing as much to book, as the bail out costs of Portugal and Greece combined.

There is probably little to no money to be made from booking him in any venues less than 1200-1500 in size. I'd be surprised if booking him wasnt anything more than a way to get people back for other more lucrative nights with cheaper bookings.

A few years ago he was playing kind of proggy tech house stuff. Very driving and melodic, and very percussive. (Nothing like the minimal inspired stuff at all).

Last year at Shindig though he basically smashed out the prog. Huge basslines, very dark and tough with a few more trancey moments. At one point he played 1 minimal track and totally killed it, but swiftly rectified the situation.

He's been wicked ever since his electro/minimal phase in 2005/6 to be honest. I only ever saw him play shit once and I think that was at Digital when Satoshie Tommie was on.

    That's exactly what he's like.

My babysitters bailed so its a no go for me and mine, probably for the best as i cant see him playing the epic 91 Eclipse in Coventry set, which was the last time i saw him, it will be all this piano lacking modern gubbins, with nee vocals.
Will just have to get extra monged @Jono_H birthday to the sounds of the sublime @586
