I rarely use them like, but when did they stop selling equipment? Seems they've been taken over and are now purely vinyl and cd sellers
They went into administration mate and should of just stopped at selling vinyl, managed to save that side of the business. Need any equipment let us know www.soundware.co.uk
of course! wasn't planning on buying anything from them, think i've bought one piece of kit from them in 16 years, was just curious tis all
I've always thought they were a robbing set of bastards since they were out of stock on promos of Star 69 then sent me out the same version I'd bought from HMV for 3 quid and htfr still charged me a tenner. That's not the only time they tried to do similar to me, soon learn to steer clear.
They had a tenner off my lass (at the time) to get a copy of the original white Cream Album with the soft white cover on it and Bedrock - Heaven Scent on one of the CD's. That was the last we ever saw of that money. Obviously a very HTFR.
Looks like they could be dodgy as well......... http://www.htfw.com/scotch-malt-whisky/speyside/balvenie/balvenie-founders-reserve-10-year-old-1 ^^ HTFR version. http://www.singlemaltsdirect.com/balvenie-10-year-old-founders-reserve.html ^^ correct version.
now if only they opened a store somewhere in Newcastle, like I dunno, maybe Jesmond / Sandyford...;-)
Lol @ James, Yeh but to be fair to those ex employees they didnt have anything to do with running HTFR so they are in their own right to give it a good go and good luck to them.
