I hope he doesnt play anthem its shit! As long as he plays Cruise Control, remix of Constellation & of course EXACTLY I will be chuffed!!!!
Its gonna have to be a pretty special set to do that m8 (in my opinion) He was fuckin class, loved every tune he dropped! then he finshed it off with 2 of my fav classics Solarstone and Autumn Tactics. JOC should be amazing but i doubt it will beat Saturday night at Tall Trees either. Was fuckin imense! you missed a treat like m8 i was proper goin for it for the whole 6 hours.
By far best set of the night was John Askew, no fukin around with him bangin from the word go. Was a bit worried him having to follow Scot Project, but he seemed to steel the show, UNREAL, he totally made my night.
Edit: Press release. July’s Junior G is a mouth-watering proposition as the immense yet intimate soiree soars through the summer. It’s another packed lineup at the Cosmic Ballroom, and the venue’s two rooms will be pumping on all cylinders for this incredible date which features a very special guests supported by the JG crack team of residents! JG continues to set the pace in the North East with its loyal crowd and slightly bonkers atmosphere, each night getting even better than the last helping to create one of the most exciting parties around! Headlining the party is John O’Callaghan, whose rapid rise to fame upwards through the ranks of world’s DJ/producer elite has been nothing short of meteoric. He has stamped his authority on the global Trance community over the past 18 months emerging as one of the most prolific authorities in one of the most competitive scenes in the industry. Having long since won favour with the scenes major players through a catalogue of floor shaking releases and jaw dropping DJ performances John emerges in 2007 as one of the Trance scene’s elite and at the forefront of a new generation of artists pushing the genre into new dimensions! Scotland’s Barry Connell continues to garner support from all quarters. Already a fave of Eddie Halliwell, Barry was recently made resident at the legendary Inside Out at the Arches! He is arguably the biggest prospect from north of the border for quite some time! Support comes from Junior G’s inimitable trio of Gary Proud, Gaz Walgate and Mark Maitland. The guys are an integral part of the JG ethos and each is an outstanding DJ in their own right. Having all four of them on duty means the Main Room will be an ear-melting frenzy of tough techno and trance! Room Two sees Untamed Society, Alex Farrier and debutant Michael Lindsay taking to the decks. These first two have continued to build upon their success at JG and quite simply have the crowd dancing hypnotically to their every beat and each time they play always throws up a few surprises along the way! And Michael comes ready to show the north east what he’s made of! Expect some tough house and squelching electro madness! Because of Kiddstock, this is the last Junior G of the summer...! Junior: G is an exciting concept helping to bring a community vibe back into clubbing, going out and having fun in general in a great venue with like minded people from all over the north east. The Cosmic Ballroom is an intimate venue for 400 clubbers to lose it on the floor.
