    fuck!!!!

    been lying on the sofa all day, everything i ate or drank has come straight back up, so pissed off, sick of being sick already, i never get sick, and i had stuff to get done today and now i'm pissed off.

    aaaah well feel better now... well sort of anyways!!

    thats exactly what I got! I went to a spinning class on Monday and thought I felt sick off that but I was being sick every hour all through the night and been off work 2 days now :(

    only lasted 24 hours for me like... pulled a muscle in my neck from throwing up so much.. hahahahaha:lol: :lol:

    You go on an exercise bike to music and work your upper body and that. Like aerobics on a bike really. Theres usually a class on at our gym when we go to play 5 a side.

    on this bike basically with hard house music playing, cycling as fast as your body can actually handle whilst doing press ups on the handlebar. If you slow down you have a woman shotuing going "COMON I CAN SEE YOU SLOWING DOWN COOOOMOOOONNNN" I looked like I had just came out a shower after doing it. It was repulsive.
