It'll be sods law that the year i dont go it's blazing sunshine all week especially after its rained the last 3 times i've been.
It said in the paper last night that they're "secretly" thinking it will be a hot one this year. Then again it hasn't sold out yet
bit odd it not being sold out like, perhaps thats good or perhaps bad it may give knobs who would never go a chance to go (hope not)or perhaps its giving people the chance who are always skint/ never thought of going/ never get thru on the phone in past years.. only 4 or so weeks will tell, best be a good 1 , i bought a ticket this year out of choice
I know Jay-Z is headlining and obv I would rather Oasis were playing - I kinda class Wonderwall as more of a anthem than Big Pimpin' But none the less its still going to be class n I will def be attempting to see him
There are around 1000 acts and sideshows to see Jay Z is not a problem (but loosing Lost Vaugness is) and also it's one man for 1 hour plus in a festival lasting nearly a week. Not that big a problem really. Gutted to be missing The Verve and Buddy Guy though but you cant win them all. I think The Verve will steal the show this year. :chill: Sometimes at Glasto you want to see an act or a stand up comic and relise you have missed them day a day or 2
there nout wrong with a bit of change, lost vaugness was same in year in year out, perhaps this year itl be better as the shangerlala or however its spelt
Whenever I have camped onsite it has always been between the Glade and Jazz World Stage. Perfect camping spot right in the middle of everything and on flat ground that has never flooded the 2 wettest ever years.
Im sure I remember a time when you would never have said that my dear! You'll be a barrel of laughs this summer
the mud i'll be able to cope with, its the prospect of drowning in my tent i'm not looking forward to..... might pack some arm bands
We'll be ok Chewy, we've got snorkels. Those air mattresses will make a pretty mean raft as well. I might take a paddle just in case.
