Only 3 million people there, so, in theory, you could have a massive family of Mormons with the surname Smith, who breed like flies, which would push the frequency per million of Smiths right up.

Mine originated in scotland or ireland as Lowry but the spelling of my name, Lowery, first appeared in the durham area. So I think my family has been around here for a long time.
