The blurb...... Click Box are taking Brazilian techno into new directions. Formed by São Paulo DJs/producers Marco AS and Pedro Turra, both with a long-time involvement in the Brazilian scene, Click Box started producing tracks four years ago. They immediately took to the stage to present their live performance. Click Box's music is based around a timeless point of view, they want it to sound fresh even ten years from now. Their basslines are always fat and groovy, followed by big hook lines, hypnotic melodies and unusual synth modulations. Last year, their music went beyond the realm of dance music. Their track "Ash" was included in a Konica Minolta advert featuring football player Ronaldinho Gaúcho and aired in Europe and Japan. There sound was then discovered by various members of the M_NUS crew and soon came one of the most sought after EP’s of 2008, ‘Espaço e Tempo’ which was released on Magda, Troy Pierce & Marc Houle’s imprint ‘Items & Things’. This M_NUS trio are currently working with Click Box on new material to be released in 2009 and rumours are that they have six amazing tracks completed so hopefully these will form part of their brand new live set. 2009 will see Click Box’s much awaited next release come on Richie Hawtin’s highly regarded M_NUS label bringing them onto the forefront of the world techno scene. Don’t miss this rare chance to catch the guys perform their brand new set at the next edition of CLEER. LATE ADDITION We at CLEER have secured the use of 4 amazing LED Video Panels, the same unit’s used on the M_NUS CONTAKT tour, take a look at this link…… http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=27049257223#/video/video.php?v=45497716816&ref=nf
