Cheers, I should really get into mma. A few of my mates fight and I've watched them a few times, its quality.

At its best its proper edge of the seat viewing (especially when a cheeky bet is on the go!). I think they put a few shows on in Bedlington every now and then but I've never been down to watch.

Lesnar is fucking ill now.. it's romoured that in the state he's in, it may not be surprising if it never fights again. In any case, he's not gonna be fighting for a very long time.

BISMARCK, N.D. -- UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is suffering from a bacterial infection in his intestinal tract.

UFC president Dana White spoke with Lesnar on Monday and said he could be released from the hospital soon. Asked if he was in a Bismarck hospital, White said, "I think he is," but did not want to say which hospital because he wanted to protect Lesnar's privacy.

White said he is encouraging Lesnar to check into the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., for further treatment.

White also said he does not know if the 32-year-old South Dakota native will fight again.

Bismarck's St. Alexius hospital said Lesnar was not a patient there. The other hospital in the city Medcenter One, would not confirm or deny he was there.

I disagree about velasquez i think he proved himself against ben rothwell and should definately deserve a shot at the winner of lesnar and carwin. I think hes got the strength and agility to deal with lesnar.

Hope he gets through this his fights always seem to be interesting, maybe because of who he is rather than what he does.

He's got pillows for fists unfortunately, rothwell even came out after the fight was over and said yes it looked overwhelming but it was like being punched by his gran.

Rothwells made himself look even shitter by saying that then the fucking pudding.

Now Noguera pulled out of his fight with velazquez I fancy it will be Carwin Vs Velazquez (which was planned before) for the interim title

lol your a little wrong there, Mr Olympia Dexter Jackson competes aroung 215, Lesnar is insanely big and cuts down to fight at 265, saying that he's a lot taller/
Lesnar's always done a lot of cardio though and you loose muscle definition because of that.

I know where your coming from though with steroids, pro bodybuilders cycle all year round at maybe do 500mg of test a week just to sustain muscle which is nothing for them now, but would turn me into a house end, then jump up beyond a gram with other steroids when going for competiton.

Although I believe he was always gunna have great genetics which always helps, anyone who says he's completely natural is a prat.
