and can you fix the 'glitch' when searching for new releases. The the dates keep getting mixed up instead of being in order of date.... if that makes sense
Hadn't noticed that before, but thanks for pointing it out. Looks like the tracks are going into that list by their publish date rather than release date. Engineering is looking into this now.
Honestly I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the release date refers to when it was actually released by the label, whereas the publish date is when it goes up on the site.
so if you listened to the 'new releases' every day you may infact miss those 'new releases' which are published on that day but actually have an earlier release day?
Blimey, i'm impressed at your pro-active customer service Laura! You might not be as cheap as the other sites, but your website rocks and if you've taken the time to come and explain this, and give our blagger members free downloads then i suppose you're forgiven
You can always check the 'Just Added' section on all the genre pages for older releases that we have just published to the site.
Laura, thanks for the free credits. Just to let you know I think it would really say something positive about humanity if you gave me some more. Only I'm on the dole and times are hard. Thanks anyway xx
