i'll probably go and see it, but it seems to be getting really crap reviews.
But i recon the fight scene will make it worth seeing

is it a bit of filler, ready for 3rd one or is there a proper story to it

it's kinda like there were only 2 movies. the first one, then 2 and 3 together as one long one, and what they've done is cut the long one in half. it's got a proper story, well complicated but it just finishes! right up in the air - you're left shouting at the screen "it can't finish there! you bastards!" it's not an "empire strikes back", an inbetween moive, more like back to the future parts 2&3 - both got a story but both really 1 movie cut in half.

does that make sense? ahh fuck it.

That Dominic Mohan, of The Sun newspaper was bangin on about how he had watched the first one and not understood it:dunce: it's fairly straight forward.

Indeed, catch the original on C5 tonight.

ive just got in from watching this and im suitably impressed. good story, although it asks a lot of questions and proceeds to promptly point you at the sequel for answers. fighting, special effects, camera work... all absolutely fantastic.

thoughroly enjoyed, made an impression, but i didnt like the way it ends. it just kinda 'stops' and says 'to be concluded' and you are left with a lot of unanswered questions, effectively 'forcing' you to see the sequel, and yea, i know i was gonna go see the next one anyway, but thats not the point :p

i think once the film is concluded it could stand to be one of the best films ive ever seen.

anyway, to summarise, great film, *spud seal of approval* however, make sure you've watched the first one recently and are up to date on the story. preferably watch the animatrix as well, cos that is relevant as well.

    :D :groovy: :D

Last nights showing also included all the head-buts that were cut from the cinema version by the guardians of moral standing, the BBFC. Think they have also been removed from most DVD versions.

    Good old C5 eh.

all the die hards had head butts removed. weird eh? it's like the teenage mutant ninja turtles films... they had anything with nunchukas removed.

was well impressed with the 2nd one. was a bit too deep with all the religious message's in it but it was still class.

Glad we only have to wait till nov for the next one.

seen it last night in boldon.

Jesus christ that was the greatest thing ive ever seen like the first one.

I never thought u could get any deeper than the first but this one does and goes further. The chase scene is unreal look out for the part where the trucks colide its incredible. I never thought of the concept of the actual programming of the matrix but this film explains it all in perfection.

Just remeber the matrix has happened six times?

    ull understand soon
