I'm not saying I'm old or anything but my first PC was a ZX81 with a massive 1K of built in memory.
How much fun was it keying in line after line of BASIC just to make it generate random patterned, coloured lines. Not much!!
Later advanced to a choplifter game where you controlled a chopper (made of an O and a >) to rescue a bloke (O) from the sea (__--__----____--) using a cable (l) with a hook (J) on the end.
    Class!!
I've now got a Speccy 48 and SNES emulators with hundreds of games to play on my PS2. Yes I know. What a waste of a PS2.

This was a cartridge based games only console...was a rival to the old Atari...many moons ago...

Me and Richie were playing on this cd we bought for the play station2, with games such as Plaque Attack, Pressure Cooker etc. It was cool. The graphics were the same as in the old days and to swap a game it showed u the old console and cartridges getting swapped over!

Well cool! But the best part was playing Dicathlon, my fingers were fucking by the end of it!
