Trial by media is ruining peoples lifes. It's impossible to get a fair judgement or fair trial.

If he si found innocent this is shocking - the bloke ahs been through hell cos of the media...

This wont be recieved well with the current david kelly incident.

He will also always be tarred with the brush of being a rapist.

but in this country it seems to be the opposite......media make you GUILTY until youre proven innocent...which is no good at all cos by the time the media have had their way with you, what a judge says means nothing as most ppl still see u as guilty...

I wanted to say that too!

The papers find out a story and then print everything they have about that story and the person involved. They sensationalise it to catch ppls attention, and hopefully more ppl will buy the paper. Whether the information is correct or not they do not worry about at the time, and it is this which is the major problem with the media esp the tabloids.

The more famous the person the bigger the story so it will make all the headlines and end up ruinin their credability and life, ie Mathew Kelly, and has led to the collapse of trials, Bowyer & Woodgate.
