aww hun...i'd complain bout the test instructor when ur booking another test....ask to speak to sum1 in charge & ake sure they listen.....if yuo swear load son here b4 u get thru tho so u don't swear when u speak to them!!

thats what me and me mother were tellin her last night.

lu, get on the phone to the company about it, tell them wor insurance was supposed to come down by £300 if u passed and demand that they book ya next test for you, pay for the fukka and give u free lessons til then.

like me mam says, if they don't tell them ya gointo the journal!!!!!

"IF" being the operative word. They might pay for the next test but they tell you to sod of with the rest i think.

aye but there's also the "mental anguish" side of things aswell. fukkin hell if this was the states they would sue the instructor. plus the fact it'll be at least 3-4months til the next one and "IF" she'd passed she wouldn't have had to have anymore lessons.

i'd still try it on anyways.

i wud go as high as poss & if you don't like their response....go to the papers!!! do it as well..don't just threaten...basically tell them if you don't get what you want then the papers will b contacted!!

I passed first time, i found my test suprisingly easy so don't worry too much about it hun. Especially if you are a confident driver.
