Why does everyone talk like this is all a competition, which DJ is better, who has more gigs. Music aint about that, its about being yourself through the music. If you make it big bonus, aim towards it, but enjoy it while you do and play with ppl that play the same style.

Allie if your so much more experienced in this field you shud be giving Jay-Jay constructive critisism based on fact so that he can learn from it, not negative opinions which ultimately will teach him bollox and cause a big huge argument you cant even control yourself mate.

Jay-Jay the way I see it mate is if your going to drop tunes everyone else is dropping, the way to stand out and make it different, is the way you mix it, give it an edge no-one else has done or heard before.

Now thats my constructive critisism to you (Allie) and whoever else starts to grief up and comers as its hard enough starting out without arrogant little pricks undermining them.

DJ comps: one was my first ever gig, second one was by the same people, was still shit then, was only a few months afterward, but beat some of Durham's residents in it.

Tut 'n' Shive was Cybertribe, they're not bad parties, Paul Lancaster played the last one. Shit venue, good music
