Don't have time to read many books anymore, which is a shame. Reading John Simpson's autobiography at the mo. Books by Michael Moore are gud too.

Roald Dahl will always be :king: tho.

I think so. Only a cartoon film tho. Ur right, they're never as gud. Altho, I don't think u cud ever put what was going on in Dahl's head into pictures.

Still like watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory tho. :D

Anything by Ben Elton, or Nick Hornby.

'Inconceivable', 'Dead Famous' and 'High Society' being Elton favourites, 'How To Be Good' being a favourite of Hornby's :)

Nope, have you read any of her books or seen any of the films baised on the books?

They aint all lovey dovey, some of them are quite touching, about stuff like families getting split up, close family members nd friends dying nd getting killed nd stuff.

The one am reading at the min is called Sunset in St Tropez. Tis about 3 couples, ages 50-60, they are friends and have dinner parties nd go on hol nd stuff like that. T hey decide to go to St Tropez for a month. They book it nd stuff then one of the wifies dies, and it all goes a bit pare shaped from there.

I find it really hard to read fiction ... although when i do its always stuff that my girlfriend has just read - "Memoirs of a geisha" or "wild swans" etc.. which i generally find really good.

"Stupid white men" and anything along those lines is also fun now and again....

... generally though - the books i usually read are about the thickness of a phonebook with covers like "Visual Basic.NET for developers" on the front :chill:
