Ibiza What more can i say really, gutted to be back altho seen as me sisters been missing for 12 days then i suppose all good things have to come to an end Got there about 4am the Sunday and caught up with me mate who i havent seen since May then slept and missed Judgement Sunday Closing with Halliwell / Corsten / Jules - was only going cos i was on guestlist but that plan fucked up Monday - Cocoon @ Amnesia - my 2nd time in Amnesia and the club just takes my breath away, the setup, the dj booth, the sound system and most of all the up for it crowd every time - i have always said ill give techno a chance and i totally ejoyed Sven Vath and Ritchie Hawtin - the club was rammed as it was the closing party but was still a class night ! Tuesday - Garlands Closing @ Eden - hadnt had any sleep since the monday so was a little knackered and eventually got v.pissed and i think i left early, it was getting busy about the time i left and was meant to have been a v.good night ! Wednesday - slept most of the day ! Thursday - Cream Closing @ Amnesia - Tiesto was on when i got there about 2am with a certain Eddie Halliwell walking in after me in the que, got me photo taken with him altho it was probs the only one i got taken cos im shit when i take a camera out. Tiesto played an ok set but i think the majority of the crowd were waiting for PVD - on he came @ 4:30am and more or less single handedly drove his trance JCB into Amnesia and took the roof off - it was by far the best i have ever seen the bloke and he ended with around about "Nu NRG - Dreamland" then the original of his new tunes "Time Of Our Lives" then "Nothing But You" - the sound system when trance is played in there was litteraly making me jump when the bass was getting raised and to be in there with the sort of music blasting out by them DJ's as the sun crept in was heaven. We left there about 9am i think and had to settle for a skanky Spanish "cab driver" when he was blatently a local picking up Euros for having a car. Friday i said my goodbyes to my mates who came the day before me and also me mate who i had gone to stay with then went to bed and missed Dave Pearce's Euphoria cos i was asleep AGAIN !! Thru the days over there when i was awake it was basically go to Coastline or go to Kanya to catch some rays, the setup @ Coastline and the DJ's are spot on and this year in Ibiza its all about House / Funky House which i didnt expect to be so big - the views from these two places as well as Mambo and Cafe Del Mar @ Sunset are something special ! All in all it was a class holiday and i thank me mates for making it like that for me even tho they left a day before me, when i went in 2001 i didnt really have a clue but this time ive seen alot more of Ibiza and look forward to going back next year for 2 weeks if i can afford it Its just a shame that its so fucking expensive everywhere ! Anyways Promise this friday to show off me Ibiza (sunbed) tan
I was under orders to not ring home for fear of bad news with the way this house is at the moment then when i get home i find out that me sisters story has been in the journal and chronicle last week In some ways im glad to be back to look after me mam but in others i do miss Ibiza - i mean who wouldnt

He just wasn't as good as he has been the last 2 times I have saw him, his 6 hour set and Cream, should of expected it really, just seemed to lose it in the middle IMO! He's still top class though!
