Obviously the bottom of the box was solid and sealed, if the bottom was like a lid (as the top was), there's a chance it could've opened and dropped him into the Thames.
Personally, considering this, I'd have put hte box upside down from day one, but never mind...

gotta say i was quite impressed with the clip where the guy was punching him in the stomach, he took them well

He isn't actually going to make that much money though. The budget that was set aside for policing the event was actually no way near the final cost. They never thought that it would cause such a stir. It has costed the Met thousands to protect him, etc. So he isn't even to get a load of money for it anymore, UNLUCKY!

i heard on the radio this morning he's linedup to get MILLIONS from all the tv companies that broadcast it... a couple hundred thousand beans for a few bobbies ain't but a drop in the ocean!

Channel 4 and Sky paid him £600000 for the TV rights, and paid all costs for the stunt. Plus hes going to write a book based on his journel, and loads of toher things....
