Thought I try to bring this thread from the dead. Who's been to Basics? I went a canny while ago now when it was at The Mint Club and it was probably the best night I've ever had. Top tunes, loads of narcotics, open til 6 and I was lovin the little outsidey bit. (oh and FAO Allie, your no good whatsoever til you've played Basics )
Been once at Rehab - not my favourite club. Found it a bit poncy - tryhard city. 6am finish is good though and bar is open all night.Wish Newcastle had rules like that
Its got a reputation for being tri-hard but when I went everybody was just totally lovin it. Thought it was well funny though that the cue for the cubicles was massive, but there was never anybody at the basins! Oh, and Irn-bru on tap - canny good!
