lots of new bars openin in 'the toon' in the next few weeks!

well three anyways....

north - next to centurion looks vvnice also quite small .. certainly got some nice promo stuff out anyways +run by hipcheck people so should have some good tunes too

the attic - not sure where its gonna be- think sumwhere by 'the lodge'... sounds like the apartment 2... thinx its part of a chain? 4 floors and a vip room! mint!

bar55 - not heard much about this one other than its gonna be a cocktail bar .. fairly obvious where its gonna be...

living room - coming soon 'apparently'

the artwork for it looks absoloutley class ... and its in a brilliant location n'all...

i dont think hes part of hip check. they probably just do the music. i dont they have the cash to open a bar. they only left uni this year i think?

im guessing it is cos its part of 'this is junk' who are the company behind hipcheck... and they use the same logos and designs on their flyers...

Yeah, this is junk did the design for hipcheck, cos both companies started @ Newcastle uni last year as business enterprise things....so they know each other....

aaah... had been lookin around +presumed they where the same thing - designing their own promo stuff...

so north could just be designed by them or have their promo stuff designed by them then?

I played for Skev at nice bar when it opend and when it closed!! Was a fucking good laugh, the bar failed for too many reasons to mention, non of which were skevs fault.
