    my dad sed the same, he thought i wudnt use them after a couple of months. he also sed they didnt make vinyl nemre so i took him hmv 2 shut him up.

    Recently its all started to click into place - having shit setups didnt help before to be honest and i dont know why i bought shit things - should of went straight for the best !

    about 3 years...for the first year i didn't know what i was doing and had a bad setup!but the last year has gone really well!bring on 2004!:D

    had my decks a year.. havent used them half as much as i should.

    my mixing is inconsistent but its getting better.

    now you mention it im going to give them a go.

    Just an addition.. what is everyone using now? (basic deck/mixer details)

    2 x PDX2000s and 1 x Technics 1210mk3d. and a Behringer vmx300 for me

    I've probs been djing for just about two year now, started off for a couple a month buyin loadsa cheesie stuff like, but then i started to concentrate on scot p stylee!! Gonna send some cd demo's off soon!:D

    ive got gemini xl-500ii decks & vestax pcv-275 mixer, fancying some vestax decks soon tho, need to extend the overdraft first tho!!!:p :p

    used technics loads, just want the pdx 2000s for the ultra pitch, u can really fuck around wiv stuff on them, like technics but prefer vestax, let u b more creative

    I have PDX-2000’ at the moment mate, they’re class but I much prefer Technics now after playing out alot more this year:)

    technics are a amazing investment like, used to play in a bar using old mk2's, they were fucking ancient but still spot on! used mk3's too but is it the mk5's theyre bringin out now??? reliable as fuck like, would still like some vestax tho:D

    I tried for bout 2 mins, realised I was doomed to be shit 4ever and gave up. Ill stick to listening. :D I cudnt live without my decks tho. :) Plus I dance too much!!
