Promise Weekly or Monthly??

Promise Weekly or Monthly??

I know Promise has grow stronger imo since it has went monthly, but I miss having somewhere to go every Friday night. To be honest, I have not had a better night in Promise since it became monthly than I had when it was weekly. I had some of my best nights out when it was only half full for some reason!!

One good thing to come out of it though is that I now travel to different clubs more than I used to, which is a good thing. But the best nights always seem to be on the same weekend Promise is on sadly!!

So what would you rather have now then??

Monthly, the line ups are a hell of alot better and its easier for me to save money
Quality is good too!

Weekly was good tho

I personally think every fortnight wud be a wise move.

And also - i must start coming back more regular

Monthly - i went loads of times last year when it was still weekly but got bored as there was hardly any atmosphere

Fortnightly, as it seems to long between the monthly nights without blocking up every weekend and it will keep the line ups strong. Tho Quality does this to an extent but its a different nite

Was talking to kerry last night about this as I never experienced weekly promise... monthly is probs wise because of the better lineups and people may be more up for it... when something is weekly and people go regular you can see how a close-knit spirit could build tho...

It works both ways... with quality once a month also I think a lot of the promise crowd still go there at times... so to many people there is something to go to every two weeks

when i discovered promise for the 1st time....it actually was like a little family who ya visited on a weekend! lol - class!

I prefer monthly cos theres no way I could afford to go weekly. Plus my brain would die :spangled:

I did love it when it was weekly, and I didnt mind at all that it wasnt packed. But Ive seemed to have a better time monthly, might be cos I go clubbing with my b/f & bes mate, and also that I know loads more ppl off here, which makes the night really.

I also enjoy travelling round alot more, Id be gutted if I missed Promise in doing that - like Tidy this mth

Monthly is deffo. better than weekly, bigger line-ups, bigger turn outs, bigger profits. Cant go wrong really. Having said that fortnightly would be gud too.

Thats true but so is the weekly bit we used to see everyone alot more and I liked that!!

Thats the thing, if you miss a Promise or Quality, you dont see sum ppl for over a month

Its not gonna go back, but i wouldnt mind seeing it go fortnightly, or even just the odd Promise Special in one of the odd weeks when the club is available.

weekly all the way!!! but towards the end of the weekly events, it was getting crap, so i think making it monthly was a good move, as smog said, people are more up for it coz theyve waited a month for it, but i s'pose both have pro's and cons. im only saying weekly really coz i love the way it was a few year ago when it was weekly, the atmosphere was electric

one off nights every 3 mths or so maybes?... as people have said in the spare weeks.. promise or promise vs quality... could even rotate to have extra quality nites as well maybes..

all comes down to getting the lineups to make people wana go more often..

it will never b the same again when it used to b weekly, it was likea close knit-family class. wish it could b like that again but it never will. every fort-night would b gud!
