    In 12 hours time...

i will be doing aerobics!

apparently i agreed to do it ages ago for my mate, its for one of his modules and he is getting assessed on it!

he asked me cos he thought i'd have good rhythm cos i go clubbing (obviously never seen me dance then) an wouldn't get too knackered off it (somehow he has the impression i'm fit? :spangled: )

i've gotta try a do stuff good tho or he'll get marked down! :(

    not gonna be fun :(

hope he doesn't get marked down if i throw up/collapse.

Gonna try and do it 2 or 3 times a week. Was gonna go tonight, but had to work an extra 45 mins, then had to go to Tescos cos i had no food, by the time id got back and eaten me tea, it was 830 and i couldnt be bothered anymore.

Running in the rain is unusually uplifting...makes you feel like you've done more exercise because not only have you went running, but you've went running in the rain!!!

It's true though...I used to go running each morning before sixth form...killed me getting up at like 6.30am to go for a couple of miles running, but the mornings where it rained it felt like I'd worked harder. Maybe it's because you run faster to get home quicker

Haven't been swimming for aaaages though, last time I went I hadn't been for about a year, and I could barely swim one length! This summer = getting back into peak fitness

    ...hopefully :D
