never been so dont know what its like but its handy to get to from newcastle. Busses run right past.

Paintball is mint. Would be well up for another go. I will be well prepared this time tho, loadsa padding methinks.

I tell ya i ran alot faster once i first got hit, jesus it hurts. Was black n blue.

Instructor guy said "Whatever you do, dont adjust the velocity settings." What a muppet, no-one woulda touched it if he hadn't told us what it did I had to change mine for self defense tho you see.

it's great fun, but as people have said - they tell you 'dont shoot people from close range, and dont adjust the power' naturally EVERYONE changes the power and strives to shoot each other point blank in the arse.


and it FUCKING KNACKS, we all looked like we had been on the receiving end of a serious kicking... my white tshirt ended up covered with blood cos some of the shots broke the skin :spangled:

and someone got shot RIGHT on the hoop... and i mean 4 foot away, shot on the crack as he legged it... he was gonna go to the docs cos he couldnt sit down for like a week... :spangled:

so to recap - great fun, but brace urself for some pain...

The best paintballing you can go to in the North is TurboVenture's.

Thats the only place around here where you get to do it around proper tanks and battle fields with bridges, hills, loads of forrest and plenty of hiding places as well as small buildings.

I went in February and was amazed.

£40 including your field play and 300 paint balls (not cheap crappy ones either!).
