You mean the avatar? Under the user name?

Its in the user options section. Go into the User CP, then edit options.

Click on the "User CP" button at the top, then select "Edit Options", then scroll to the bottom and click the "Change Avatar" button. After that just select the image you want, from your PC or the web and click submit modifications.
