    Just because it has no fat doesnt mean it isnt bad...

    Whatever you eat and u dont burn off all turns into fat anyway...

    I do actually like it. Especially with smokey bacon sauce :drool: But with like 18grams of fat in just that tub, its not something I have often :p

    pasta and carbs are good for you one of if not the best energy source, hence althletes using carbo loading before major events
