    gash!

    found myself falling asleep n waking up @ 4am like.. wtf?

    sleeping well messed up with this work malarky...



    at the weekend it finally gets back to normal.. well sunday it does :p

    i do it all the time but normally i have fell asleep fully clothed so i have to get undress again, by then im awake, finally get back to sleep and your up for work again :down:

    its well shit. i dont even mean to.. i fall asleep watchin bollox all on tv...

    ive got work todo on a nite as well.. mick/jimmy/jo - al get started 2nite honest ;)
