    I would start at 20p a time, I've dun it before but then decided i still swear and i couldn't stop it just fits into a sentence sometimes much easier ;)

    i swear loads tbf. can control it tho, swear mildly infront of my mam (no f or c's like) but she doesnt mind, but i can stop in front of kids/ grandparents ect. has to be done sometimes tho, when u trap your finger in a door or something, dont think an 'oh blimey' would do the same job :p
