    I quite enjoyed this movie, its weird seeing him change loads over the month.
    Very good documentary which has also put me off going to McD's for ever!

    Ken & I agreed it was good to see this film as a 12a even though it should've been a 15! :up: :king:

    Pointless silly film. If you eat apples ever day for a month your body would have problems.

    thats not the point though.

    McD's claimed that you could eat it everyday and be ok. which was wrong.

    Someone ate macdonalds every day and combined it with loads of exercise, and actually lost weight. Some people seem to be missing the whole point of the film.

    In one way its good that people seem to have changed their perceptions on alot of things health wise in the past few years :- Atkins diets and this film are a step in the right direction.

    Ill agree though, its just cashing in on crazes to an extent, same with liberal politics etc with pop stars and actors using things like these to promote themselves.

    At the end of the day though, anything that pushes people away from globalised rubbish like macdonalds is a good thing.
