I spent about 45 mins on the phone to their customer service ppl back in march complainin about that.. especially since I work in hebburn.. so iwas gettin wrong off the misses, majority of my close family and me boss for not answering me phone :evil:

I told them they should put more masts up round here so that the signal improves..

Turns out that apparently there is a phone mast just round the corner of my house.. :spangled:

Its obviously in good working order then

only messin, ring them up and shout at them til they fix it. ive never had any problems with o2 for the 2 yrs ive been with them.

iv just got a new phone, contract, through 02 online, havent had any problems yet well apart from it took them days to change my number over, my phone hasnt played up today though, the only thing i dont like about 02 online is it takes ages to get to speak to someone then its 50p a min n they keep u on forever AND u cant ge delivery reports on yr phone n im used to that....
just wish i could get a decent ring tone though, my god someone at work sent me a video through blue tooth, its disgusting, it cant be real, anyone else seen it, the one with the man puttin his hole head up the womans.................... thats sick, looks painful.

Sometimes they dont send but thats only once in a blue moon
