    My advice is get over him. It will take time probs but the best thing you can do is go out with your mates have some fun and that will piss him off if he works with you cos you can brag to everyone including him about how much fun you had on nights out. It will drive him up the wall.

    But that doesn't really get you over someone, it's more like some cheap revenge. Best to just let herself and her ex get on with their lives. Bitterness lasts a while but not forever.
