Crazed Arab in London stab-athon One man has died and five other people are in a critical condition after being attacked by a man with a knife. Scotland Yard said a man drove around the areas between Enfield and Haringey in north London in a red Hyundai stabbing people on Thursday morning. Officers are investigating if there is a link between the attacks and the murder of shopkeeper Mahmut Fahri. A man, who police say has a history of mental illness, is being held in connection with the attacks. A man came inside the garage and he was bleeding and said, 'somebody just stabbed me in the stomach' The suspect was arrested near his home in Tottenham, north London, by unarmed local officers. The attacks took place across north London A man, described as of Turkish or Middle Eastern appearance, had stabbed some people "at least two or three times", Ch Supt O'Brien added. Police said they were first called out to the area at 0820 GMT to reports of a stabbing outside Edmonton Green train station and then attended four other incidents over the next hour.
