sick of paying a fortune to the gym every month n not using it, so i went and bought a cross-trainer and excercize bike which are in my loft, and i use them twice a day at my own leisure. that combined with a quite strict diet and ive lost 3/4 of a stone in a week :D

now to just try and stick to iy

    Gym is for vain ppl.

    ENJOY LIFE AND FOOD.

Imagine all those wasted days the Wave victims spent in the gym when they could have been living their lifes.

    SUCH A WASTE!

Was waiting for a thread to come up like this in the first week in January!

I was looking at treadmills yesterday. I dont mind running in the summer, but its too fuckin cold at the minute and cant be arsed with a gym so may buy one.

I sadly lack the motivation to train @ home now, I used to run 5 miles per day for about three year...that was every day.

I hit the scales yesterday and I have put on nearly a stone over xmas :(

I need to make the effort to go to the gym and train, I would just watch the tele if I had to do it at home

If you want to lose weight trying fucking walking somewhere you lazy twats. Its would work and is better than being stuck in a room with sweaty fat men (Sleepy wouldnt agree).

true, you burn the same amount of calories walking a mile as you do running a mile

We're getting back to the gym tomorrow after about 6 weeks off! Did a light set on the weights on Monday & it took it out of me! didn't struggle as much as I thought I would but was aching the next day! Really going to try to get back into shape & fitness as can see/tell how much I have lost recently...
