    T-mobile

Right, Ive got a rubbish credit rating as I got into about £9k debt when I was a daft young un.

However, I paid all this off last year when I came into a bit of money. I had defaulted on all my payments before this as I was on a debt managment plan with the CCCS.

Anyway, I applied for a mobile with T-mobile today and to my surprise got accepted :)

Is T-mobile totally easy to get on compared to Orange etc?

I think it might well be.. I'm sure I heard someone else say a similar thing.

Incidentally, I can't fucking stand the CCCS.

    Why?

They were fuckin sound to me. Lower all your debts, put them together in one payment and dont take a penny from you.

    They rule :king:

Identical twin? If so then I feel sorry for him!

Does he ever mention that his sister is seeing/married to a 40-year old man (she's 18) and has just had his baby?

If so...then he is the brother of a "thing" that is not of this world :(

Do you know the workings of deby collection, eg how they find you when you move without leaving a forwarding address?

I don't know the exact details but trace agents eg. DMS are sometimes instructed.. I think they use various bills/credit cards/anything with your name on and link it to a property, then ask neighbours or knock at the property.

Trace agents aren't particularly reliable though.. we've often had reports back saying they're living at an address.. which just happens to be a property we (on behalf of the mortgage lender) repossessed and sold months earlier..

I thought as much. A spelling mistake in a Credit Card address I use was also misspelled on a Debt Collection letter I got!

What about water & electrical companys??
