FFS how shit are o2, they may be the cheapest around and have the best deals but when it comes to customer service they totally suck.

Ordered my phone on Saturday paying extra for it to be delivered today so wait in until 5 with no sign of it. I phoned up only to be told the phone is out of stock and you'll have to wait 14 days until you get it :evil: :evil:

Why the fuck couldn't they a) have told me when I ordered or b) at least sent me an e-mail saying it was now out of stock and wouldn't be getting it so I could at least go out or c) charge me money for delivery in the first place :evil: :evil:

yeah they fuck up a lot but they are the cheapest going...

I wish I could find somewhere else where I could get lots of texts included in a package or I'd go to someone else, but o2 is the only one I can find where they give you 500. Anyone know anyone else?!

I looked at Orange thought they had a mint deal of 1000 texts each month for 6 months but turns out to be you have 1000 texts to use in 6 months Trying to think of all ways to get a good deal

o2 do the best deals but i failed a credit check the previous tennant at my flat got the property blacklisted so no credit for me

naa am gettin a lot less hassle off orange than i did off o2!!

add another 3 complaints to that, i had no end of problems when i joined and so did djr, most recently my friend had a problem so he wrote sent a top gaffa a nasty e-mail outlining all his problems and how pissed off he was. A week later got a phone call off an o2 rep asking him if he was ok, happy with the service etc and get to the bottom of his problems by giving him, 200 minutes anytime to any network and 1000 texts per month half the price every1 else gets charged at £36 per month line rental

i'm with orange and have never had any problems with customer service or my phone.

i'm on 200 minutes anytime and any network and 500 texts for £30 a month.

although i always run out of minutes and never use the texts, so i should probably move to a tarrif with more mins and less texts.

I wish i was still with orange they were they offered me the same plan 200 mins and 500 texts but my phone was going to be £99 or i could not cut my nose off despite my face and stay with o2 give them the benefit of the doubt and only pay £20 for the same phone. No problems so far but theres a long time till november
