    Car Question.

Hi, I myself don't drive, but I've just got a phone call off a friend who says his car has just failed its M.O.T.

Can someone please tell me exactly what this means?

    Thanks

So he won't be able to drive it unless he gets the work done?

He's on the look out for a new car at the moment anyhow so this may be a good thing, he's too indecisive, he may just buy a damn car now :p

it could only be a cracked number plate or misaligned/broke bulb - find out what work needs done - most places re-test for free
