    I agree with whoever referred to the "Where they are located in a shop" theory. In Morrisons ;)....the Jaffa Cakes were indeed located in the Biscuits aisle...while the Jaffa Cake Bars were located with the cakes. Therefore, they are biscuits in my opinion!

    im on a dioet and cant eat of of them :cry2:

    ive also got to put up with a mars bar loving boyfriend who sat next to me in bed lastnight and ate nearly a full large bar of cadburys chocolate
