We discuss things about real life, its inhabited by REAL people (unless we have robots logging on & posting) and most of us act the same on here as we would in real life.

i've always thought that. i wont say anything on here i wouldnt say to someone's face. the fact this is an internet messageboard means fuck all, it's still a way of conversing and should be treat as such.

going onto chat sites and kicking off saying things you blatantly would never say to a bunch of strangers got boring to me when i was 14.

generally speaking the whole 'it's a messageboard' thing imo is very childish.

if you can't speak to me like an adult, dont speak to me at all.

i dont spend very much time on here at all these days, but the fact remains that i do know plenty of people from here, i do like to talk to them, and we do have good discussions on here - and i voice my discussions here exactly as i would in person, i don't see the point otherwise, what to 'have a big kick off'? i personally dont find arguing for arguing's sake fun - i enjoy when we can debate things properly, and learn peoples true viewpoints on things, hell maybe even learn something from it.

Yes, and a fair majority of people on here are friends, girlfriend etc. Regardless of that, it still exists in real life.
