:argue: to be fair it's one of those things that no one can really comment on, say wrong or right to. it's the individuals option, some people find themselves in difficult situations where bringing up a child in their current enviroment can not be done, maybe it's best left to people affected by this topic to decide for themselves without other peoples critisism affecting them... I was told having an abortion is just as bad as loosing the child, maybe it was the individuals choice not to bring the child into the world, but it still was a part of them, sometimes they feel like on 1 hand it was best for the child at the time because the parents could not offer the best for it, or maybe the child would have been severly disabled then to which it may be better off not being born then being in constant pain... whatever the circumstances it's not an easy desision and probably lives with the affected partner fotr the rest of therir lives. i was a young mother, as much as i adore my little girl, i look at some 17yr olds who are pregnant and wish they realised how hard it is bringing children up, especially on their own. i know i would have loved to have another baby with my ex, and he knew that too, but i'm glad i didn't get that far now as having a two yr old ask where her "other daddy" is (as my ex is not ellies real dad) hurts like no other thing does.... i can take the hurt but children are a different story. there's just so many things that you can use to dictated whether this is a yes or a no subject, but i personally think that it is impossible to define.

i don't agree with ignorant people using abortion as a form of contraception (i knew someone at college who did, stooopid slut) :evil: but i agree with people having the right to choose whether they should keep, adopt or abort...i also respect peoples views on the subject inc the lads...some people just don't agree with them (noramlly catholics ) but i think it depends on the individual and the circumstances as to what they should choose to do....unfortunately people make mistakes & it isn't always right to make someone else suffer because of them which is sometimes what would end up happening to the child but then again some people are just thick & ignorant but i also don't think a child should be made to suffer the consequences!

I agree with what Revel said at the start of this thread Everybody can have their own views on if it should be allowed or not, there just opinions, everybody can do what they like at the end of the day

i think that having an abortion is right , but not at the latest time in which it is still legal at about 24wks is it?! because its more than cells at that point !! plus if you were going to have an abortion you should have it alot sooner than that !!
