Now that sounds good! Im looking to get a bike license in the next few months - CBT & DAS Course. Any recommendations for bikes around the 2k mark?
Aye for 2k I'd look at either a CBR600 around a R/S/T plate or a ZX6R again around the same year reg. Both outstanding bikes, ZX6R has a little bit more edge than the CBR of that age. Plus the twin air takes on the ZX6R makes it sound sublime when you open it up. Hope this helps.
lucky fucking bastard, I wish I was 21 For a starter bike, a nice CBR400 will be good - will still whip a prezza, won't rape you on insurance or petrol, and is manageable. Also, being small, it has the capacity to go farrrr beyond your riding skill in the first few years, so you have room to grow. If you are looking more for a straight commuter - fuck it and get a brand new Prillia SR125 scooter with free insurance etc for 2k Harry
My dads came off them twice minor injuries the first time but a broken leg and a back injury the second time... I have never bothered with them since i was 14 or 15...prefer 4 wheels to 2
