Ffs Just rang Orange customer services to find out how much my newest bill is (i still have a staff account from when i worked there) & the lass on the phone wouldn't tell me how much it was because new rules state "You must wait for your bill to arrive on the door step" I asked why this was and got the response "cause people keep ringing up to find out their bills" IS THAT NOT PART OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE THERE FOR FOR FUCK SAKE!!!! :spangled: :spangled: :spangled:
Lass i work with had same problem - she's on Orange as well and they wouldnt tell her nish. She ended up spending loads as well - muppet PAYG
thats terrible, i work for t-mobile and if we stopped telling that information ai would be out of a job!
I know! I know the crack with unbilled (even though they were supposed to start letting you get that aswell) but she was adament i couldnt find out about my produced bill
yup orange are a pile of tosh now - gone RAPIDLY down hill!!! looked so promising! im actually with 3 now and - after trying them twice before and HATING them...i have to admit im VERY impressed - live access to see how many minutes/txts etc i have left...awesome! and the service is a HUNDRED times better than it used to be
they would be 1st to complain if you run up massive bill and couldnt pay it! this is more than likely to happen if you dont know what you have spent! can ya not view your a/c on line?

Wrong on both of them "put offs" tho fella That used to be the case... But...I just got the Nokia 6630 - its a cracking little fone...Smartfone as well so not short of support for it from 3rd party Apps. 1.3megapixel cam is class!! Main thing that REALLY impressed me tho...the battery!!! Yup - im still in shock!!! I fully charged it last night - and have used it all day...sending.receiving loads of txts....made and received about 30mins worth of calls....downloaded a good few videos...surfed a load of other 3 content...and the battery? STILL FULL I shit u not - its amazing!!
this country and its "services" are a fukcing joke, did you know that u cant go to the job centre now you have to ring a dreaded call centre???? if u go to a job centre u are given a phone number and are pointed to a phone !!!
Their phones have improved dramatically. 6680 is top notch. Apparantly the batteries last for approx 6-11 days. 3's signal is diabolical though
I wish I didnt know how much my Orange bill was this month :cry2: :strop: But dont they have an automated one you can get ur bill??
