    Wax On Last Night

Good night. Sander got a little dull after a while though.

Who was the guy in the backroom who played last? Had huge dreads. Cos he was wicked.

    Did you leave early like?

He was proggy, with a fair bit of electro thrown in. After a good first hour, it didnt seem to go anywhere. I spent a good while upstairs late on, was much more interesting.

Good to meet you properly this time btw, since you were fairly bollxed last time.

Yeah was good to have a good crack on mate!

Left at 1.30, as had to get up for work at 8.

Sounds like the Freq tore it up.

Sander was a bit boring last night. Technically he's brilliant and he does do some really good things esp when he was playing Westworld and Pump Up the Jam at the same time. But then he drifts off into dull periods regularly. Ended up going in the back room near the end where it was much more lively with Freq Nasty.

People Get Real are quite good but they seem to play more of a peak tiime set even when they're warming up

 happens all the time though, when the warmup has more life in them than the main act - cos they have more to prove ;) its by no means a bad thing

We were playing 10 till 1, we couldn't really hold off from playing the last hour of our set a bit peak time! If we hadn't done that Sander would have come onto a half empty dance floor..........We just gave the crowd what they wanted!
