    someone told me u can hire jet ski's on the tyne, not sure how tru it is
    although last summer sitting at the pitcher and piano, their were people on them blasting up and down the river

    If you can get a lend of one the best place to go is from between the piers in cullercoats and along tynemouth! I used to water ski there its mint :D

    yes you can hire them on the tyne, launch from down at Blaydon

    chances are I was on one of those blasting past the Pitcher and Piano, esp if on a Sunday, its awesome, moor them up and have a pint!!
