I still see my ex sometimes cos he's my current boyfriend's friend.
He broke my heart years ago so when he sees me now I can tell it really gets to him. . A while back he said he still loved me but any love I had for him went when he hurt me.

I still get on with the majority of my exes nd am still friends with most of them. Don't see the point in holding grudges against them...it obviously wasn't meant to work out.....

i see my ex all the time, i was with him quite a while, and even though he's not ellie's biological dad, he's the best one i could ask for, still to this day, and i would never take that away from him, he's still my bestest friend too, sometimes the only person i can run too and even though the split was totally my fault he doesn't hold it against me when i need him, i think it's class how we get along so well still, but sometimes it upsets me too cause it reminds me of what i once had.

It was like that with me and my ex for a while but for me it just faded away for me.

Unless they've done something terrible I don't see why some people assume they can't speak anymore. If the break was just cos you's didn't get along well enough to be an item then friendship surely wouldn't be such a bad thing. I'd rather have that than never see or speak to each other again.

Then again if they become obsessive stalking crazies it gets to the point where you wished they never knew where you lived
