    Dans Specia Chicken Pasta :D

Basiclly, cook enough pasta (Penne is the best imo for this dish) for how many ppl ya doin it for. Cook however much chicken you require. Chop up some mushrooms, peppers and fry them in a pan with 1 fresh chilli and some garlic. Then, get a jar of Tomato and Chilli sauce (saclli is the best) and sling them all together! Finally add some single cream and some white wine. :king:

    Doesn't sound much.......but honest...........its unreal!!

Not chicken but a great beef stroganoff:

    Get 1x big rump/sirloin steak
    mushrooms
    onions
    double cream
    natural yoghurt
    1x tsp of mixed herbs

Bash the steak till tender and cut into strips, fry and add chopped onions/mushrooms. Add tsp of mixed herbs then add double/natural yoghurt. Cook on a medium heat for 10-15 mins and serve with rice
