    Just thought i would make a thread about chicken madraas as i'm really bored and cant get to sleep....

    I'm always a bit too scared to try anything too hot, once had a mouthful of Phaal (sp) and felt like I was on fire :lol: Normally jsut stick to a plain chicken curry or if I'm feeling adventurous I may have a chicken tikka :lol:

    But they are lush especially down in Rusholme (curry mile) down here :love:

    I've never tried anything spicier but i might try an even hotter one when i'm a little drunk... curry and a bottle of corona goes down nicely...

    I had a VERY hot madras on my birthday at a restaurant in whickham, was totally lush.

    Hottest I would go is a Vindaloo...never tried a phal but would give it a shot if somebody else had one.

    A mate of mine had a "Curry Hell" at the Rupali restaurant in the Bigg Market, it's actually in the Guiness Book of Records as the worlds hottest curry and is TEN times hotter than a phal :eek:

    usually get a vindaloo or a phall, both are gorgeous. If i have a delicate stomach from drinking the day before tho i sometimes go for a jahlfrezi.

    really need to try the curry hell thing at rumpali's i reckon id give it a good go.

    ManOf...I thought you would have been on the curry hells...in a sort of.. "You call THIS a curry?!" sort of manner
