    New Flat

I'm looking for a flat in the city centre/quayside area and was wondering what the best estate agents are that would have places around those areas?!!?

Or if anyone lived around there and could tell me if it was worthwhile

    Thanks :D

Yup deffo. Most agents use it, though not all.

Much quicker than trawling through them individually.

Have a look at www.vebra.com too although its a shit search facility with almost no filters.

Its in Leazes Square, which is just behind Eldon Garden and Hyena Cafe.

Rent is £475 a month, which isnt too bad considering the parking space is probs worth £75 a month itself.

Like i say, its nothing special at all. Anything decent in the city centre is £550+ a month. Dont wanna waste my money paying rent, and i wont be for much longer.

I used to live opposite planet earth (which was open and closed a variety of times) which was for the most part, fantastic.

It was noisy as hell for the first 12 months with the gate being built nearby but for 525 a month for a big 2 bedroom newly converted place it was just ultra convenient.

What ive definately learned in the past few years is that the most fantastic place in the world aint so fantastic when it takes a car trip or a long ass walk to get a bottle of milk or something - i dont think much of the quayside for this reason (tons of bars but where do you get some shopping done?)

Having no commute must be brilliant though - i spend about 2 hours a day travelling to and from work (used to be 4) but even then it takes a chunk out of your life and your energy levels.
