help me i am poorly (again) i have not ate since Tuesday and am now starting to feel rather peckish. I dont want anything too heavy but my system does feel ready for something. Any ideas you people?
unless you don't eat meat... my gf said she was veggie for 4 months before i pointed out to her chicken soup had chicken in it :doh:
i would say toast and scrambled eggs, easy to digest and will settle your stomach. and a cup of milky tea belta
