    knacked off the gym, arms are rather sore lol, first lie in i've had in 2 weeks though, the 6am starts were well killing me.

    harsh on the discs, you shouldn't have needed them replacing unless you could pretty much hear metal on metal grinding.

    Unlucky about the car like Claire :down: Im taking mine after work cos think my brakes have gone and my hand brake has gone loose :spangled:
