If I get my telephone line through Telewest can I still get broadband through someone else?

actually - i don't think so - you'd had to have both telephone lines working.

If theres a separate bt line box coming into your house then yeah you could get adsl through that, and then have a telewest phone through the other one.

The flat im in has two phone boxes in it - so yeah its possible.

It depends really on how the lines were put in, in the first place.

Bulldog is poo, unreliable and the speeds are never guaranteed.

The thing thats putting me off Telewest is the upload speed on the 1mb is only 128kbs which is useless for me plus its £25

Cable connections are more reliable than ADSL.

I'd rather pay a little bit more for a better service to be honest.
