I've been on a diet for about 3 years now on and off but the last year and a bit I've really stuck to it and lost a load of weight.
I just been cutting down with take aways and basically all the good stuff and going swimming three times a week and I've gone from a size 16 to a size 10.

If I still want a treat I still have one but go to the gym or something to burn it off.

calss although the first time i did it i pulled loads of muscles!! ask cazz i had to walk backwards it hurt sooo much :cry2:
